The Skid Pro 72" Industrial / Extreme duty closed front brush cutter is rated for 6" diameter material.

It does a great job on grass, brush, and small trees. 

Most important it fits under the bottom wire on the fence line and is safer containing the debris better than the open front. 

 

It has 4 bidirectional blades and a 467 lb blade carrier of 1" thick plate steel. 

It runs on 15-25 gallons per minute of hydraulic flow. 

Direct drive motor with 6" bearings and a 3.75" drive shaft. 

 

Even if you do not require the 6" cutting capacity, knowing it is built for that size means it will last over the long term when regularly cutting smaller material.

And some smaller trees may have a stump at ground level that is in that 6" range. 

For example a 3-4" diameter tree may have an 6" diameter butt-flare at the ground surface.

It comes in standard and high flow, with standard flow being the most common.
